Please call the Church Office ...
- when a member of your family is admitted to the hospital, so visits can be made and the proper people notified; also fill in a pink prayer concern sheet, if you'd like them included on the list.
- when your commission or committee plans to have a meeting, so that it can be cleared and placed on the church calendar.
- when either your home or business phone number is changed, so the church records can be corrected.
- when you're planning to move -- out of town or locally.
- when a new baby arrives in your family or in the family of another church or Sunday School member.
- when a member of your family leaves home or college or to establish new residence.
- when a new family moves into your neighborhood.

| Session | Session is the governing board of the church, a group of men and women who are elected by the congregation to serve three-year, rotating terms as the overseers and policy makers of the church's entire ministry. The Session meets at least quarterly. Questions, concerns, and communications from members are always welcome. |
